1. General description:
100% IQF frozen raspberries which are produced from sound, ripe, not fermented raspberries free from mold or rotten. The product without calyx or stalk, cleanly washed, carefully sorted, metal detected and free from any foreign substance.
2. General requirements:
The fruits have to be free from preservatives and other additives according the stipulation stated in the BRC/USDA regularization.
3. Parameters of approval:
Variety: Fertodi, Heritage.
Size: 12-20mm, min 95% fruits are whole.
Brix: ≥8.0
Color: typical red
Taste and flavor: typical sound, ripe raspberry
Foreign bodies, fruit related: max. 2 per 10kg

5. Packing:
(1) Packing size: as agreed by contract. Normal packaging is 2.5kgx4/ctn with inner polybag.
(2) Pack type: 250 or 44 ECT burst strength to prevent crushing. Blue Food Grade liner 1.5mm thickness, to avoid dehydration.
6. Shelf life:
2 years from production at minus 18DC.
7. Transport:
Cleanly stored and transported at or under temperature of minus 18 degrees centigrade (DC).
