1. Definition of product:

The product produced from fresh cauliflower which has been trimmed, washed, blanched, cooled and individually quick frozen. This is an all-natural product, containing no additives or preservatives.

The product is produced according to good manufacturing procedure (HACCP and BRC systems) and is metal detected.

2. Packaging:

General packing is 1x10kg/ctn inner with polybags.

3. Physical Description:

Flavor: typical of cauliflower, free from off or objectionable flavor.

Odor: typical of cauliflower, free from off or objectionable odors

Size/count: 20-40mm, 30-5-mm, 40-60mm or as per customer’s requirement.

Color: fine regular white color.

Foreign substance: non existence

5. Storage, shelf life and transporting conditions:

Products must be kept at a temperature of minus 18DC or less to maintain its required condition and attain a shelf life of 24 months in unopened packs. Transported also

at or under temperature of minus 18 degrees centigrade (DC).
